We also provide step by step video training that will make it easy to learn how to add or modify text, change pictures, add pages, change headings and make it all friendly to search engines.
Backup Service:
Viruses and malware are a constant threat on the web. We will schedule regular backups and store your site information online and offline so that you can be assured your website and information are safe.
Support:
Support is available by phone and email and we will be happy to make a custom how to videos for you if you need particular assistance with something. Training Videos
Packages:
Hosting services are offered at different prices depending on how much you would like us to work with your site during the month. If you are going to handle everything and just require access to the training videos and the backup and update service there is a basic price. If you are planning to have us update your site regularly, modify and/or upload images, create new pages…etc. There is another price.
We understand that needs change and you may require web site modifications on a non regular basis. We are available on an hourly basis for anything pertaining to your website at our regular hourly fee.
Typically hosting and web management packages start at $10 and go up to $50 or more per month. We will work with you to be sure that you get the service level that makes the most sense for your current reality and the goals you have for your website.
